Have not had time to install it yet

I have a problem with 3rd party resellers frequently. it is simple. They frequently do not send the product or send a used cartridge. Don't buy used. These things only work for 6 months after the first use - even if it was only one day of use.

I learned my lesson. Buy new from a local retailer.
