I drive around in a 66 Triumph Spitfire that I have owned for 35 years. A flat hat is perfect, but I could not find one with a large brim, to shade my eyes in my convertible (roadster). I actually got one of these hats about 15 years ago, because it has a brim as large as a baseball cap. Now I have 2 of these. The brim is perfect, the wool materials are top quality, my 15 year old one of these looks new. It is simply the perfect hat for me!

I really like the way this hat wears for the summer, its very light and well made. In the description they don't mention that it does have an inside head band and it does run a bit larger than the other hat I bought from the same company. All in all I would buy this hat again.

This hat meets the requirements for what I was looking for - a good-looking (not sloppy) hat to provide protection from the sun. It would have been even better if it protected from the rain - but that is not the case.

I purchased this hat for work. I work outdoors and I'm under the sun for hours at a time. I love how the hat feels and looks. My only complaint is that the glue came off the band by my second use. This isn't a big deal for me, took me a minute to add adhesive to put the band back in place. The hat sits good on my head and snug. Great quality leather.
