First of all, the chandelier is sooooo gorgeous! I was expecting less quality with the price I paid. I bought two chandeliers from this seller and both were gorgeous. The only problem that you might encounter is assembling it. Because the other one I bought (Maria Theresa) was more complicated but the seller provided me with a video, with this one I didn't have a video but luckily I assembled the harder one first with the video so this one was a breeze, I suggest you take everything in the box, but your wrapped crystals according to alphabet or numbers and look at the diagram and do it. The last bottom pieces keep until you hang it. But I would highly recommend this shop! Didn't find any place cheaper or as nice as this one. If you want pictures email me at nadarx (at) hotmail
