This is complete Season 11, 4 disc and 30 episodes. Miranda does talk a bit, she explains each stretch and how it affects the body. I like that, I don't think she talks too much as some reviewers have said. Easy stretches for the body, move at your own pace and ability, excellent for any age.
I have numerous back and shoulder problems. After being a gym and workout fanatic for years, I have found myself unable to continue in the gym. These workouts have been a God send. I no longer have to sit around like a couch potato!! They have enabled me to get up, work out ( they are only 25 minutes), feel better, and make it thru the day!!
Classical Stretch is one of the best programs for a youthful and limber body. It really works.
