Item description
1900s Henry R Haase Inc Furriers Furs Care Book Vault Storage Vtg Fur Pamphlet.
Vintage Henry R. Haase, Inc. Furriers pamphlet, titled "Furs and the Care of Them." 23-page paperback booklet containing tips on the care and preservation of furs.
Inner pages have yellowing due to age; shows some wear on the corners and edges of cover. Booklet measures approximately 8 in x 5.5 in.
The publication date of this booklet is unknown, but the illustration of the exterior of the then-new business building, which boasts "an immense Dry Cold Air Storage Vault," depicts automobiles of the era between 1900-1920.
Henry R. Haase's father, Charles Haase (1828-1907), founded Charles Haase Sons Furriers, the family-owned business prior to Henry R. Haase, Inc. Furriers.
