I am glad they still make these light bulbs for my old LCOS TV. Philips is a good name brand still. A new bulb helps, but these type of projection TVs will never be as bright as the LCD ones during daylight hours. But, it is a sharper picture (no pixel gaps) and is best watched in the evenings. Keep your bulbs changed, my RCA was easy. An easy access door on the side and just plug in the new lamp and play. Don't forget to set your internal timer.
