Shipping Time

 

• Items normally get shipped out in 1 business day.
• Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.

• We use USPS First Class Mail (with tracking).

Returns/Exchange

• We accept returns within 30 days or purchase.
• Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.
• We will process the return within 2 days after we receive the item back. We will refund/exchange item only if it is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.
• ALL NON SELLER MISTAKES will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
