Doll Irish Cable Sweater Knitting Pattern - Hand Knit for the 18" American Girl

This is a listing for the PATTERN, not the actually knit sweater.



A one of a kind Irish doll sweater with cables running up in front, back and sleeves. The sweater has two yellow buttons on each side of the collar so it will slip over the doll's head easily.



I designed this sweater after a photograph that showed my mother on a skiing break eating a sandwich in the 50ties.

I will mail out a black and white print of this pattern within 1 to 2 business days.



Materials:

- 3.5 oz (100 g) of any yarn that calls for needle sizes US sizes 2 - 3 (2.5 - 3 mm)

- one-point knitting needles US sizes 2 and 3 (2.5 - 3 mm)

- 4 buttons

- 1 tapestry needle
