This is a Burnes of Boston for Kids 3" by 3" round picture frame.  The box was opened years ago but the frame was never used.  It's in excellent condition.  The frame depicts a giant drum with two teddy bears holding drumsticks running along in bright green grass.  It's really quite cute.
