"ON GUARD" Porcelain Birds Sculpture Limited Edition #63 of 150 • Amazing Goebel creation by Master wildlife artist/sculptor Gunther Granget • This piece is without the large bird that stands on top branch, but still a wonderful piece with lots of color and detail • Measures approx. 8-1/4" high x 10-3/4" long • Artist signed Gunther R. Granget with GG initials incised on branch, the bottom reads "On Guard, by Gunther R. Granget, Limited Edition No. 063 of 150, Goebel W. Germany 1982 • Acquired directly from the Goebel company as is, the condition is very good except for flat chip on the bottom of the bird's wing, spots of old glue and some color loss; no cracks, or crazing; sorry no original box or paperwork. • This precious, very fragile piece will be carefully wrapped and packed in a very large box to ensure safe arrival. -------- |
