Our seed is 100% untreated to ensure that they are safe to  eat right out of the Garden or Kitchen. Arugula is a peppery, distinctive-tasting green that originated in the Mediterranean region. When arugula is cooked, it loses some of its peppery punch, becoming mellower in taste.  It’s high in several vital nutrients. These include: Calcium, Potassium, Folate- a B vitamin, Vitamin C, K and A. 

Arugula is tasty raw or it can be used as a healthy add-on topping for pizza, nachos, sandwiches, and wraps. You could also keep it as a simple side salad.
