VW Audi offered different parts in many vehicles and often they looked very similar. That doesn't mean they're all interchangeable. We only guarantee it for exact part number replacement.
They did offer different versions of the satellite tuners in the vehicles listed. Sometimes there was even a change mid-year. There is more to compatibility than simply having your year and model on an application list in this ad. Different systems and wiring were offered, depending on options, trim-line and manufacture date. The only way to ensure this will work in your exact vehicle, as it was built, is to match our part number to yours. If you do not do this and have problems, it's not a functional defect.
