This is a beautiful pair of Damascene double sided dangling hoop style clip on earrings. The black, gold and white enamel intricate design is on gold tone metal. Each earring measures just under 1 inch in diameter and hangs down 1 1/2 inches in length. The hoops are attached to a geometric diamond or triangle shaped top section. The earrings are signed on each of the clips “Spain” in two places. These are probably from the 1950s to 1960s.

They are in very good vintage condition, with almost no enamel wear as you can see by the enlarged photographs. The enamel work was obviously hand painted and there is a little white overlap onto the black.

This pair of Spanish earrings would be a wonderful addition to you collection of Damascene jewelry. They would look fantastic with that little black dress or your favorite pair of jeans. They are dainty and lightweight and comfortable to wear.
