This souvenir piggy bank is made of hard white plastic with raised letters on one side that say SAVE WITH IVORY.  It is in good condition even though it shows its age and the glue that holds it together at the seams has turned yellow.  The navy blue color is vibrant but there is some scuffing on the hat and pocket (no chips nor cracks). The measurements are:  5 3/4 inches long,  3 3/4 inches at its tallest point, and 3 1/4 inches wide.  Definitely for the collector especially one who collects plastics!
