For your consideration, here is a Vintage Ten Little Indians Colorful Spinning Top Tin Toy, no. 307 B177, made by Ohio Art, made in the USA.  It works fine.  It has wear, dents and rust spots on it.  The handle is made of wood.  It has a diameter of 7 inches and a height of 6 1/4 inches.  It has a certain charm to it.  Might look nice as an accent piece, on a shelf.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (369.823m-.16z4)
