This item is very heavy and needs to ship on a pallet.   We have included a flat rate to ship this item to a commercial address within the 48 states.   Should you need to ship this to a residential address, to a location that requires a lift gate delivery or to a special location such as a school, university, government office or military base please contact us so that we can arrange these services for you before the item ships.  Some additional fees may apply.  

We do not have the owner's manual or drivers on CD however drivers can be downloaded from the Lexmark website.
