Vintage Voice Dynamics Corp MicroDyn II Speech Processing Recognition System 

Unit is pristine - looks almost new. 

Not sure if it's missing anything. What you see in the pictures is whats included.

These were around $2000 back in the 90's. Can be used with most DOS based software and some old palm computers like the HP 95LX. I think it was mostly used with CAD software.
