It is pre-owned but in good condition. There are chips on the inside corners - see the pictures to see. There is one little tiny scratch/chip on the front bottom of the top, and one little tiny dent on the bottom of the tin.  

It measures approximately 6"x8"x2" and can hold one pound of Oreo Cookies.

I almost want to keep it for my own holiday decorations :)
