Titania's Fortune cards are essentially a modern day spin on an older system of Cartomancy called "Lenormand Cards". Because Cartomancy readings are a type of Fortune Telling system in the truest sense of the term, they are far more prediction-based than Tarot cards . The Tarot does have a strongly predictive element of course but systems like Titania's Fortune Cards focus mainly on the predictive elements so do not include lots of advice or guidance as such in the way the Tarot can. Put another way, a Cartomancy Reading offers no nonsense predictions and insights in the way you might imagine a traditional "Fortune Teller" does.
