Item description for Vintage Daytona 1987 Motorcycle Rally Soaring Eagle Pin Jacket Biker

This is a wonderful vintage Daytona Beach Bike Week motorcycle event and rally jacket or vest pin from 1987. It is a beautifully crafted antiqued silver tone metal (which looks like pewter) figural pin with a banner over the soaring eagle. The banner reads “Daytona 87”; it is signed on the back “© DART”. The pin has three (3) pierce through nail or pin backings and secure clutches so you can easily put it on a hat, vest or a jacket.

This pin is in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. I have not polished it as many people prefer the patina that only comes with age. Depending on your own taste, I will leave any polishing up to you; you can keep it in the same condition with its original patina or polish it. One of the clutch pins is slightly bent (see arrow in photo), but the clutch back still works just fine with the bend to the pin. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.

This would be perfect for anyone who has ever attended the festivities, which include motorcycle racing, concerts, parties and street festivals. This would be fun to wear to the next event you attend. If you actually are lucky enough to live in Daytona Beach, this is the ideal pin for you!
