This beautiful skirt from C & C California is made of a soft modal blend and has the perfect stretch for a relaxed and chic look.  The waistband is elasticized, and there is a drawstring as well for the perfect fit.  The upper skirt is lined (see photos) for modesty and comfort.

This skirt is a size extra small, and measures approximately 12.5" across at the waistband lying flat and unstretched, and 39" in length.
