Item description for Vintage Puffin Auk Bird Hand Blown Art Glass Figurine Sculpture OOAK

This lovely blown glass figurine is of an adorable Puffin or Auk. This striking Puffin has a hand blown black base with white plumage. It has a stocky build with short wings and a short tail. The head has a black cap, the face is mainly white and the feet are orange. It has bright orange and black eyes. The bird has a large brightly colored hand pulled beak in yellow, orange and blue. It measures approximately 2 ¼ inches tall to the top of the head and 2 ¾ inches wide from the tip of the beak to the end of the tail.

This figurine is in excellent condition as you can see by the many enlarged photographs. There are no chips or cracks or damage of any kind, any spots you see are reflections or dust specs due to the magnification. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the condition better than I can describe.

This will be a nice addition to your collection of blown glass figurines or birds. It will be a delightful splash of color sitting on a window sill or on your dresser or desk. It is a one-of-a-kind collectible since it is hand made.
