Good used condition.  I will clean it up pretty before shipping it out.  It weighs approx. 4 lbs.  The dispenser is approx. 9 1/4" wide and 5" tall at its widest point.  The part that the tape is dispensed from is 1 1/2" wide and the reel itself looking at it's side is approx. 3".    2" wide packing tape would not fit on this spool.
