The condition is very good to excellent. I don't think it was ever used much. There are NO turned pages, ear marks or pencil/pen marks that I can see. The pages look sort of yellow, but I think this is the color they should be. Please see picture for a better look & feel free to ask questions. No fair or reasonable offer refused.
