Vintage Soviet Russian Ussr UKW Band (Lower FM) Tuner LASPI-003 About 1975. One of the best at the time. Has VFD display indicator based on IN-13 VFD indicator. Ready for worldwide AC power. Look at the back of the unit. Working, never was repaired. Very good cosmetics for the age. Just missing one push button cover. Some people installs UKW to FM converter to make it work on FM band. I decide to leave it in original state, because this is not for me, but level up.
