Black leather clutch style checkbook wallet.  Snap closure for dual change compartment compartment.  Snap closure on flap holds checkbook securely.  Multiple compartments and slots for driver's license, credit cards, and the entire checkbook cover is removable. 

This is from old stock, never used. No brand name and tag on inside of change compartment says "made in China".  Embossed on inside "Genuine leather", although some components are synthetic.
