The shipping charges are shown in the listing. We input the dimensions and weight of the package and then's shipping calculator shows the cost.
We can only ship to the address provided in the "Order Details". No changes can be made after the payment is made.
We do not accept returns for change of heart, inability to setup/configure the device, or damage caused by the user or buyer.
Due diligence & research is expected from all buyers prior to purchase. We cannot subsidize experimental purchases!
If there is a compelling reason to return the item, here are the requirements:
You must return the item in the same condition as it was received.
You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
1. All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags.
2. Accessories such as cords and remotes.
3. Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards.
4. "Free gifts" or bonus items.
5. All items included in a bundle.
6. New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, when applicable.
7. For items with a manufacturer or factory seal, the seal must be unbroken and intact.
Standardized return guidelines create a more consistent experience for both buying and selling by eliminating the uncertainty of what's acceptable to return and what isn't.
