This is the Rejuvenique RJV10KITBT set.  It includes the mask, cord, controller, vhs and paperwork only.  NO GEL IS INCLUDED.  This set does come in the original box as shown.  All pieces show normal signs of age and use.  It has been tested and works.  You get the actual items pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
