This is a Russian card game entitled Svintus (the English name). The cards with writing are in Russian and all the text on the box is Russian. There are 112 cards included, but I can't tell how many there were supposed to be... they fill up the box. There are no instructions (but there are some online that you can get easily, including English translations).
One card has a tiny piece of the corner torn off (see picture). A small number of the cards have creasing (see pictures for examples). The box is in pretty rough shape. It has a small hole torn in the top right corn of the front side (see pictures). The box also has wear and creasing, including some heavier.
Using Google Lens to translate, it appears that this game was released in 2018 (I am not sure about that, however).
