Equity Toys Los Angeles, California  made in China Has original tag with scuff marks.  Vintage toy that has not appeared to have been played with but does appear to have dirt stain marks that have not faded with a light wipe. Such marks include a black mark on the front of the hat, the sneakers have some scuff marks and one of the tennis shoes has come untied.
