An original black and white photo taken in Indianapolis, Indiana in June 1918 . This is a Soldier marching with a rifle in front of a Giant War Chest with a huge lock. The War Chest was used as a Symbol of Fund Raising with full subscriptions for the War Stamp Issue. The photo measures about 2 3/4" x 4 1/2". The photo was taken at the Monument in Indianapolis. The monument can be seen on the right side of the photo. The amount raised is noted
