This antique R. Morton pottery vase is a beautiful art nouveau piece featuring white Calla lilies that appear to be upside down. The vase is approximately 14.5 inches tall and has a width of approximately 7 inches, with the bottom being 2 to 4 inches wider due to the flowers. The vase is hand-molded and has a matte AND glossy finish.

There’s a delicate yellow stamen inside each lily. . The vase is in great shape except for the top quarter has a repaired break. If you turn it around you can’t even see it. This would be beautiful with actual calla lilies in it, and is marked with an incised backstamp , signed by R. Morton. I believe It is an original piece from the Edwardian era (1901-1910) and is made of clay. The vase is a vintage item, but it is in good condition other than mentioned above, and has been well-preserved. It would make a great addition to any collection of art pottery or decorative pottery and glassware. It is very heavy. If you collect calla lily items, this is a perfect addition to your collection.
