Please note that this lens cap should fit lens with 59mm rim. It is little bit too large for 58mm. And too small for 62mm. Maybe it will fit Konica Omega lenses with series 7 rim? I am not sure....

I would rate it at 8 out of 10. Item has been used, it has some light scratching from normal use. Cap it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents (see pics). This lens cap is fully operational and functions as intended.
