Lens is sold with rear cap and UV filter, just as pictured. Front cap is missing. All pictures are of an actual item for sale.
Lens has been used, it is in average condition. It shows normal wear on exterior. Filter rim looks good and it accepts filters. Front Glass does not have any visible scratches. I don't see any fungus or haze inside the glass. Glass looks very nice over all.
