Item has been used with little signs of cosmetic use, rim may have some light scratches from normal use. But the Filter is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents, no scratches on the glass (please see the pics). This Lens Filter is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
