Filter has been used. It has couple  tiny/thin scratches on the coating. Damaged is mostly center.  Damage is minor. It should  not affect image quality in any way.  I would rate filter in 6 or average condition,  out of 10. It will be mailed as pictured, with a hard plastic case. 

Filter Size is 2.6X2.8" or 71X66mm.
