Filter will be mailed as pictured, without any accessories. 

Filter has been used. It shows normal from use. I would rate it at 5 or bellow average on a scale from 1 to 10. 

Glass is free of large scratches. But I see lots of very tiny scratches on the coating. It seems that it was scratched while cleaning or rubbing the filter. Filter rim looks good, it is not bent, and mount is not damaged.
