Shipping is free within USA and $5 worldwide via USPS first class mail service. 

It will be mailed as pictured with original box and plastic case. 

Lens filter seems to be new and has never been used. Please note that paper box is damaged from storage. 

Glass does not have any visible scratches. I would rate glass at 10 out of 10.  Filter is fully operational and function as intended. 

It is a drop in type filter, OD is 21mm, for series 4 filter holder.
