Lens filter has been used, but it is in good condition. It comes as pictured, without a case.  

Lens filter been used, but glass looks great.  Glass has no visible scratches.   I don't see any fungus or separation. Glass looks very nice over all.  I would rate glass at 8+ out of 10.  Filter is fully operational and function as intended.
