Description

For your consideration I have a Commitment to State Prison order for George Delaney and Walter Stevens for robbery.

They were given five years of hard labor in the year 1902. Hard labor in Montana winters.

The judge was Frederick C. Webster.

The prisoners were handed over to the sheriff of Missoula County. I wonder if these poor devils survived?

Condition Report: Typical folds with one- half of fold being reinforced by acid-free archival clear tape used to secure manuscripts and historical documents.

*Both of these men are found in Montana State Prison records.
