  • This LED chip needs a heatsink for cooling. Apply thermal grease evenly on the bottom of the light source and the contact surface of the heatsink when installation.
  • This LED chip is powered by constant current LED driver power supply. Do not light it without heatsink aluminum otherwise it will get damaged.
