This is a Dutch Flintstones 1964 Arti-Baby painted wooden child's coat/clothes hanger from Holland.  The coat hanger has a part which pictures Wilma Flintstone walking out of the house with Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm.  There is also a smaller piece which pictures Dino sitting under a tree.  The coat hanger has indentations on back to allow it to be hung on the wall.  There are 3 yellow wooden rods in the front.  The coat hanger measures approximately 17" accross the bottom and about 8 1/2" to the top of the larger picture piece.  All pieces of the coat hanger are wood.  There is a paper Arti-Baby label attached to the back.  Super cute unusual Dutch wooden coat/clothes hanger.
