Items are pre-owned and in very good condition with no cracks or chips. There are a couple of places where the yellow on the rim is wearing a little. This comes with a teapot, lid, sugar & creamer & a teacup/saucer.  Measurements for the teapot are 9" long x 5.5" tall x 4" wide.

**This did have 2 cups & saucers, but I took this to my antique booth & someone decided they needed one of the teacups.***

This is a very pretty set with multi-colored Peonies and a Lilly design around the rims. There is gold trim throughout.
