• Short size are intended for people 164cm to 170cm in height, roughly 5'5" to 5'7" tall
• Regular sizes are intended for people 170-182cm in height, roughly 5'7" to 6' tall
• Long sizes are intended for people 182-190cm in height, roughly 5' to 6'4"

As regards the chest sizes, these run in double size

• Size L have labels stating 104-112(cm), roughly 41" to 44 inch chest
• Size XL have labels stating 112-120 cm, and would fit chest sizes 44" to 47 inch chest
