Houze Glass Company To Close POINT MARION, PENNSYLVANIA--Supplier Houze Glass (UPIC: HOUZE) will close its doors by the end of the month, according to an online article in the December 11, 2004, edition of The Dominion Post. Workers at the plant say they were told of the closure last Wednesday. Houze Glass has been in Point Marion for 102 years and employs about 55 people.
Houze Glass, which is owned by Charleston, South Carolina-based Wilson Brothers USA, Inc., blames the closure on tough economic conditions.
