VCR is USED - Selling "AS IS - For repair or for parts" This VCR powers up and functions - The only problem is it seems to be stuck in Play/FF mode. When you press "Play" it plays the vhs tape in Fast-Forward Mode Audio and Video. It may just be operator error, I am not sure. This VCR does NOT come with a remote.
