The fatty acids in pumpkin seeds contain beneficial nutrients such as sterols, squalene and tocopherols.

The seeds contain up to 50% fatty oil, phytosterol (cu-curbitol), resinous substances containing oxycerotinic acid, organic acids, vitamins, etc.
How to use Pumpkin seed raw

In parasites

Option 1: 200 to 300 g of ground, peeled seeds are mixed with 2 full tablespoons of honey. If possible, the entire quantity is eaten. After 3 hours, a purgative is given and an enema is given.

For children, 50-100 g of the mixture is taken, followed by a laxative.

Option 2: Boil 2 tablespoons of peeled and finely chopped or ground pumpkin seeds in 250 ml of fresh milk for 2-3 minutes. It is drunk in the evening before going to bed.

Option 3: 2 tablespoons of peeled and finely chopped pumpkin seeds are soaked in 750 ml of hot water and left for 30 minutes. After that, the liquid is drunk.

Roasted pumpkin seeds unbleached

Place in a pan, sprinkle lightly with water and salt as desired and bake at 180 degrees for no more than 10-15 minutes.
