This system powers on, the software loads and I can get different readouts on the screen.  I am not able to test it beyond that and so I am offering it AS-IS.  I couldn't get the original monitor to power on and so I hooked it up to another monitor (not included) to confirm that the system software loads.  It has a dell B2360dn printer that powers on but I put some paper in the tray and it still says that paper needs to be added to the tray.  I couldn't get beyond that and so I wasn't able to print anything.  The printer may need to be replaced or repaired.  

This comes with 6 cuffs, 2 pencil probes and 2 PPG probes.  It has a remote control but it doesn't look like the remote is taking a charge and would need new AAA rechargable batteries.

The left side panel, that covers the CPU area is missing.  The manuals have some water marks but are very readable.
