This is JAKEL J238-150-15251 Draft Inducer Blower Motor ICP 119290-00 1014433 115V 3000 RPM used part. 

This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit and was in great working condition when removed.  

Motor has been tested, works great. In very good cosmetic condition as well.
