This came from a community college.  I powers on but I haven't been able to test it beyond that.  We do have a 30 day unconditional return policy.  In the last picture you should be able to see that one of the wire connector screws is missing.  There is something that is loose on the inside of this unit and I would imagine that it is the bolt from the interior where this screw would mount.
